La serie MT2000 di Motorola rende semplici e razionali le applicazioni di lettura intensiva e data capture. Combinando la semplicità di un lettore barcode con l'intelligenza di un computer portatile, la serie Mt2000 provvede a letture avanzate di codici 1D e 2D e  cattura immagini e DPM. 

Può essere fornito con molteplici connettività come 802.11 a/b/g Wifi, Bluetooth, filo o batch assicurando la flessibilità di impiego in numerevoli applicazioni. Il design ergonomico e robusto offre confort e sicurezza durante le operazioni di data capture. Costruito sulla piattaforma .Net per la facilità di sviluppo applicativo, la serie MT2000 può essere fornita con software di inventario già precaricato e client MCL per facilitare il trasferimento di applicazioni "legacy".
