Dopo anni di esperienza abbiamo selezionato un prodotto sicuro e duraturo nel tempo, in quanto le etichette da noi fornite per le stampanti termiche sono in carta termica protetta top dando quindi una maggiore resistenza agli agenti esterni con garanzia di una maggiore durata nel tempo. Nella tabella sono indicati i formati disponibili e i quantitativi ordinabili, consigliamo di richiedere preventivo a seconda delle quantità a voi necessarie. Tutti i formati si intendono con pista singola, il gap tra un'etichetta e l'altra è di 3 mm, il diametro interno del rotolo è di 2,5cm. Specificare il tipo di carta TOP o T/T

La scelta dell'etichetta

Per focalizzare elenchiamo quali sono i punti che determinano la scelta di un'etichetta:

1. Una scelta oculata permette di ottimizzare dei costi, di evitare problemi di lettura soprattutto quando si stampa sull'etichetta il codice a barre e di scegliere il prodotto piu' adatto.

2. Il materiale disponibile puo' essere il piu' vario, ma normalmente si divide in etichette di carta o etichette sintetiche, possono essere con colla removibile o permanente, inoltre possono essere prodotte in rotolo, piegate in fold, a modulo continuo o a singole pagine.

Etichette in carta termica - Le etichette in carta termica si stampano senza l'aggiunta di alcun supporto di inchiostrazione

Etichette in carta per trasferimento termico - Le etichette in carta a trasferimento termico necessitano, per essere stampate, di un "ribbon" per il trasferimento della cera ( o della resina) sulla carta dell'etichetta

PVC (polivinilcloruro) - I prodotti vinilici sono particolarmente indicati per applicazioni all'esterno che richiedano resistenza ad agenti atmosferici e raggi uv per lunghissimi periodi

PET (poliestere) - Il PET è il materiale indicato per applicazioni che prevedano un'ottima resistenza ad elevate temperature. Il PET si puo' richiedere trasparente, bianco o argentato. Per avere una caratteristica di resistenza elevata allo strofinamento va' richiesto un ribbon "antigraffio".

PP (polipropilene) - PE (polietilene) - Sono considerati la migliore alternativa al PVC qualora non si necessaria un resistenza al calore. Devono essere sempre stampati con ribbon "antigrafffio".

TNT (tessuto non tessuto) - è un materiale poliammide a base di nylon utilizzato soprattutto nell'industria tessile per l'esecuzione di etichette con le composizioni. E' antistrappo e usualmente non adesivo, E' Indispensabile, per ottenere risultati di indelebilita' usare ribbons dedicati altrimenti al primo lavaggio la stampa viene irrimediabilmente rimossa.

3. Le tecnologie usate sono:

trasferimento termico

La stampa termica diretta richiede etichette in carta termica
La stampa a trasferimento termico richiede carta a trasferimento termico

4. Quantita' di etichette per ordine

Fare ordini programmati con il vs fornitore vi dara' un indubbio vantaggio sulle quotazioni, questo grazie al fatto che la pianificazione in produzione e' un risparmio vero.
